1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and using the mobile application services provided by VVK Smart Tech Private Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of IoT Irrigation Services

We provide the IRRIGO Mobile Auto hardware and software solutions. Our service relies on IoT (Internet of Things) technology to allow users to remotely monitor, turn on, and turn off their irrigation motors via smart mobile applications, as well as receive automated notifications regarding motor health.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our IRRIGO devices, you are responsible for:

• Proper Installation: Ensuring the device is installed exactly as per the provided manual and safety guidelines, preferably by a certified electrician.
• Proper Usage: Operating the device within its rated technical specifications and voltage limits.
• Account Security: Keeping your login and app credentials safe to prevent unauthorized control of your motors.

4. Service Limitations

Our services rely on external factors outside of our direct control. You agree to acknowledge these limitations:

• Dependence on GSM/Internet: Remote connectivity is only possible when your IRRIGO device has an active GSM/Internet connection and sufficient network strength at your farm location.
• Possible Delays & Failures: Notifications (SMS/Call/App) or remote commands may be delayed or fail temporarily due to network outages, telecom server downtimes, or power failures.

5. Payment Terms

To keep the GSM/SIM connectivity active on the device, a recharge/subscription model is implemented. You are required to maintain an active subscription for uninterrupted service. All payments are securely handled through authorized gateways (like Razorpay).

6. Limitation of Liability

VVK Smart Tech Private Limited assumes no responsibility for strict damages, crop losses, equipment failure, or financial consequences resulting from device misuse, improper installation, severe electrical fluctuations, or telecom network issues out of our control. The hardware is a supportive automation tool and does not replace regular farm maintenance.

7. Account Suspension Conditions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access if we detect unauthorized use, network abuse, or failure to clear pending subscription recharges after the stipulated grace period.
